Air quality monitoring and analysis have become a major issue in recent years. Metal oxide (MOX) gas sensors are very sensitive, due to high variability of their resistivity presence gas. However, they not selective, i.e. it is possible determine the nature concentration using only variations resistance sensor. Noise spectroscopy one solutions improve selectivity. In this paper, we evaluate noise spectroscopy-based gases identifications methods, distinguish different single MOX From measurements performed on with tungsten trioxide (WO3) sensing layer, under several nitrogen dioxide (NO2), ozone (O3) carbon monoxide (CO) concentrations dry air, created database.
